‘The Hunger Games’ Cast Continues To Grow


bit.ly – Click to Subscribe! The Hunger Games Casting Carousel is Spinning — hear who’s jumped on board up next! Hey Everyone I’m Chelsea cannell thanks for tuning in to clevver Movies. Two more casting announcements have been released for Lionsgate’s film which seems to be surging to the top of hollywood’s hot project list. First up, Jack Quaid who’s famous parents are Dennis quaid and Meg Ryan — don’t you wish you had those genes- and Leven Rambin of greys anatomy and All my children. The two will play district 1 tributes Marvel and Glimmer and join newly cast Dayo Okeniyi who will play Thresh and Amandla Stenberg who got the role of Rue. Another new addition, Newcomer Willow Shields has also landed a role and will play Primrose Everdeen, Katniss’ younger sister, in the flick. Josh Hutcherson is already set to star as Peeta while Jennifer Lawrence will play Katniss and Liam Hemsworth will take on the role of Gale. Elizabeth banks is reportedly in talks to play Effie Trinket who is Katniss’ showbiz handler complete with a pink do. This project seems to be moving quickly towards its March 23, 2012 release date as casting is definitely heating up. Who are you most excited about joining the cast?
